PU Ducting Hose – Heavy-Duty Dust Extractor Hose


Product Description:

The PU (Polyurethane) Ducting Hose is a highly durable, lightweight, and flexible suction and delivery hose designed for dust, particle, and fume extraction in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured from premium-grade polyurethane, it provides exceptional abrasion resistance, outlasting traditional PVC hoses by up to 5–6 times.

Reinforced with a spring steel helix, the hose maintains its shape under negative pressure (vacuum), and its smooth interior wall ensures optimal airflow, reduced clogging, and efficient dust conveyance.

Transparent construction allows for easy visual inspection of blockages or material flow, making it ideal for precision and cleanliness-critical applications.


Technical Features:

  • Material: Ether-based polyurethane (PU)
     
  • Wall thickness: ~0.4–0.9mm (varies by model)
     
  • Reinforcement: Embedded galvanized steel wire helix
     
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C (short peaks up to 125°C)
     
  • Excellent flexibility, tear resistance, and crush resistance
     
  • Non-toxic, halogen-free, and resistant to microbes and hydrolysis

  • Dust extraction and suction in woodworking shops (sawdust, shavings)
     
  • Fume and vapor extraction in welding or chemical processing environments
     
  • Particle transfer in pharmaceutical, plastic, and food processing
     
  • Air ventilation systems in manufacturing plants
     
  • Light bulk material handling (granules, plastic pellets, powders)
     
  • CNC routers, sanding systems, extraction arms, and downdraft tables
